DETOUR ROUTES & ROAD CLOSURES
All Traffic:
There will be a Full Closure to through traffic from 2PM to 3:30PM for the Thunderbirds Performance. Please see the map below for areas to avoid during these times
ROADS CLOSED DURING THUNDERBIRDS PERFORMANCE:
(2:00PM to 3:30PM FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY)
Travelers bound for the Abbotsford Airport (YXX):
Enter the Terminal via Mt Lehman from the North Side (HWY #1). If you are headed to a flight, be sure to give yourself a few extra minutes!
Residents and local traffic:
The Abbotsford Airshow Society would like to sincerely thank the local residents and businesses who work with us to create as seamless an inconvenience for them as possible.
- Some area roads will be CLOSED or RESTRICTED to Residents Only. See below for maps and timings.
- Clearbrook Road will be OPEN throughout the Airshow!
- The number of houses requiring Resident Passes has decreased from years prior. If your household has not received passes but has in the past, please check the map to confirm whether they are required.
